We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy
A missed appointment is define as (a) an appointment that you do not show up for or (b) an appointment that your provide less than 24 hour to cancel or reschedule.
I will contact you prior to your appointment by text, email and telephone. You must reply to one of this contacts to confirm your appointment. Please note that you can also leave a voicemail if it is after normal business hours and you need to cancel, reach or confirm.
If you have not confirm your appointment by 24 hours prior to your appointment and you don’t show up, you will lose the deposit in full.
Please keep in mind that I maintain a full schedule. Even one patient running late can impact the schedule of the entire day. Please call me and let me know if you are running behind so I can manage accordingly.
