Advanced skin rejuvenation for women 40+
Personalised treatments to improve skin firmness, texture, hydration and definition while keeping your results natural looking.
Skin tightening, collagen stimulation & improved texture
RF Microneedling combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to stimulate a deeper collagen-remodelling response.
Tiny needles create controlled micro-injuries within the skin while radiofrequency energy delivers heat at selected depths. This combination can help improve skin firmness, texture and overall skin quality.
Before treatment, we’ll discuss your concerns and take photographs where appropriate to monitor your progress.
The treatment itself usually takes around 30–60 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
Afterwards, your skin may appear red and feel warm or tight. Mild swelling and sensitivity can also occur.
Most clients experience around 2–5 days of social downtime, although this varies from person to person.
Your skin begins its healing and collagen-remodelling process immediately, but results develop gradually.
You may begin to notice improvements within the first few weeks, with results continuing to develop over the following months.
A course of treatments may be recommended depending on your skin and goals.
Non-surgical skin tightening & facial definition
HIFU — High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound — uses focused ultrasound energy to deliver controlled thermal energy beneath the skin.
This stimulates a natural wound-healing and collagen-remodelling response, helping to improve the appearance of skin laxity, facial definition and firmness.
Unlike treatments that work primarily at the surface of the skin, HIFU is designed to reach deeper tissue layers.
The skin is cleansed and ultrasound gel is applied before treatment.
You may feel warmth, tingling or short pulses of discomfort during treatment. Sensitivity varies between individuals and treatment areas.
After treatment, some people experience temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or tingling. These effects generally settle within hours to a few days.
There is usually little to no significant downtime, although your individual response will be discussed during your consultation.
Some clients notice an initial tightening effect, but HIFU results develop gradually as collagen remodelling takes place.
Visible improvement may develop over the following 2–3 months, with results continuing to evolve for several months.
Which one do I need?
This is one of the most common questions I get.
Both treatments can help improve the appearance of ageing and lax skin, but they are not interchangeable.
HIFU may be more appropriate when your main concern is lifting, tightening and facial definition.
RF Microneedling may be more appropriate when you’re also concerned with skin texture, pores, fine lines, scarring and collagen stimulation.
In some cases, a combination approach may be appropriate.
You don’t need to decide before your consultation.
I’ll assess your skin and facial structure and recommend the treatment — or combination of treatments — that I believe is most appropriate for your goals.
