Every client undergoes a detailed consultation and medical history review prior to treatment to ensure procedures are suitable and safe for their individual needs. Informed consent is obtained before any treatment is carried out.

Patient safety and hygiene are a priority at the clinic, and all treatments are performed following strict aesthetic practice and infection control standards.

Product Safety & Storage

Only CE-approved products sourced from authorised UK pharmacies and reputable suppliers are used. All products are stored according to the manufacturer’s guidelines in a clean, temperature-controlled environment to maintain their quality, safety and effectiveness.

Hygiene & Infection Control

Strict hygiene and infection control procedures are followed for every treatment. Single-use sterile needles and cannulas are used, along with disposable consumables where appropriate. The skin is prepared using medical-grade antiseptic, and all treatment areas and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used when required.

Emergency Preparedness

The clinic maintains appropriate protocols and emergency supplies to manage rare adverse reactions. This includes having medications available to manage potential complications associated with aesthetic treatments, such as hyaluronidase for dermal filler complications, as well as supplies to respond to allergic reactions if required.

All treatments are delivered with a strong focus on client safety, ethical practice, and achieving natural-looking results.

Detailed aftercare instructions are provided following every treatment. Generally, you should avoid touching the treated area for 6 hours, avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours, avoid extreme temperatures for 2 weeks, sleep elevated the first night, and avoid dental work or facial treatments for 2 weeks. We're always available for any post-treatment concerns or questions.
